This lightweight and portable 3 Liter OD Military Green Polyurethane Film Replacement Reservoir & MSR Inline Micro Water Filter is perfect for incorporating hydration into just about any type of activity you can think of.
Quick Disconnects have been added and will allow direct fitment of the military MSR inline Micro Water Filter. This will allow you to fill your hydration pack with any available water source and be able to filter it before you drink it!
This In- Line Micro Filter is designed for use by the U.S. Military for their Hydration Reservoirs and Packs. This Post-In filter come in the original sealed packaging and is un-opened. It allows the user to quickly collect un-filtered drinking water into the reservoir and filter it as they drink. The hollow fiber module instantly removes bacteria, protozoa, protozoal cysts, and sediment, while the activated carbon helps to remove taste and odor in the water. The In-line Micro Filter DOES NOT remove viruses. If protection from viruses is desired then I would recommend the addition of one of the commercially available anti-virus water treatment additives to your hydration water supply.
Measuring 17 inches tall by 7.5 inches wide, the contained reservoir is capable of both cooling and storing up to 100oz of fluid. Also incorporated into the design is a hands-free removable bite-me valve allowing you to re-hydrate without distraction. The insulated tubing from the reservoir to valve measures approximately 30 inches and can be detached from both reservoir and valve if necessary.
The 100oz Polyurethane Film Reservoir also features a Big Bore Fill Cap with Handle, making the reservoir easier to clean as one can easily fit their hand inside the pack. This replacement bladder has an extra large fillfill cap and may not work with all hydration packs.
PU Film is also better, stronger, and has less of that ‘plastic’ taste that accompanies most reservoirs on the market today.
